Eulalia da Cruz is an Associate Lawyer, since March 2026 after completing her professional training course. She previously worked as a Trainee at JLA, having previously worked at the firm as a Legal Assistant (2022–2024). In these roles, she has contributed to a range of legal matters, with a particular focus on Public Law, including Administrative Law, Public Procurement, and Tax Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Eulalia was a member of the Legal Team of the Office of the President of the Republic (2018–2022), where she supported high-level legal and institutional matters. She also served as a member of the Legal Team at the Ministry of Finance of Timor-Leste (2014–2018), gaining extensive experience in public sector legal work, particularly in areas related to governance and financial administration.
Eulalia holds a Law degree from the National University of Timor Lorosa'e (UNTL), Timor-Leste (2013). She is also a member of the Nucleus of the Brazilian Institute of Family Law (IBDFAM) in Timor-Leste.
Eulalia is fluent in Tetum, Portuguese and English.
